発言のタイプ別おすすめ表現を多数学びます。

◎９月は
▶︎「発言タイプ」ー【感情・行動・考え方を操作する】を勉強します。
先月に引き続き「感情操作」、そしてさらに相手の「行動」や「考え方」の
操作です。
Lesson 113 発言タイプ：行動の変更をうながす⑦
👉行動の変更をうながす⑦ あるべき姿からの逸脱
▶︎「いつもの君らしくないよ」「その年ならもっと分別があるべきでは」のような
表現を学びましょう。
会話の場面
登場人物
・不動産営業のバーバラ (Barbara)
・インド料理店のディーパク (Deepak)
状況
・バーバラがディーパクの店で夕食を取っています。いつもは食べ残すことのない
バーバラが残しているのを見て、ディーパックが心配して話しかけます。
Opening で
Roza
▶︎ Hey, everyone. Akino Roza here.
David
▶︎ And I’m David Evans. I can’t wait to get started. Let’s jump in!
Dialogue で
① Are you finished with your meal, Barbara?【 現在完了ではなく be動詞】
👉さあ、ここでは Have you finished 〜？ではなく、Are you finished 〜？
と be動詞が使われていることに注意しておきましょう。こういう使い方もあるん
ですね。
② Yes, I’m done.【done のニュアンス 】
👉ここでも have done ではなく、I’m done. と言っていますよね。
done というのは「やってしまった」つまり「終わってしまった」ということです。
▶︎例えば、「もう絶好ですよ」それは “I’m done with you.” と言ったりします。
I’m done. しっかりと覚えといてください。
③ Oh, I got too angry at someone recently. 【get angry at の at 】
👉 get angry at 〜「〜に対して怒る」という表現ですね。この at のニュアンスは
わかりますか。「点」です。この１点に怒りが向かっていくて、そうしたニュアンス
がこの at には込められていますよ。
④ This strange guy was picking flowers from one of my properties.
【 this のニュアンス 】
👉この this という単語。別に近くに何かがあるわけではないんですよ。
でも以前の話をしている時に、その状況が自分の間近にあるように感じられる
ことがあるんですね。その時に、this strange guy – 自分の間近にいる人を
指しているような気持ちで使う this です。
⑤ Well, I’d get angry too. 【 仮定を織り込む would 】
👉さあ、ここの I’d – これは I would のことですね。仮定法です。
「もし、私があなただったら」という仮定が織り込まれている文なんだ、
というわけです。
