Dialogue で
① Do you come here often?
👉「ここにはよくいらっしゃるんですか。」
Onishi
▶︎So this is a famous chat-up line or pick-up line, isn’t it?
Chris
▶︎That’s right. “Do you come here often?”
Roza
▶︎The way to say it is very important.
※ chat-up line / pick-up line「くどき文句」
② on a work visa
👉「ワークビザに支えられて」という、そうした意識です。
③ I’m a chef.
👉自分の職業を紹介する決まり文句。
a chef の “a” も重要なんです。
– いろいろいるシェフの中の１人ですよ。そこから、
「職業紹介」というニュアンスが生まれているわけです。
