「時表現」の学習

👉12月号のテーマは「時表現を極める②」。
「時表現」は「指定ルール」に従って使われます。今週も先週に引き続き、仮定法 の勉強です。
Lesson 17３ 仮定法⑤：if節を使って仮定法２
Opening で

Dialogue で
①You seemed busy with something.
👉これはオーバーラッピングの形です。
You = busy に思える、見える – という形です。
※そして、何かをしながら busy。
だから何かと近くにいるんですね。
だから with が使われているわけです。
② Tell me about it. について
Onishi
▶︎ So could you explain the nuance of this sentence?
Roza
▶︎ Well, I think “tell me about it” is really like saying,
“Yeah, I agree.”
Chris
▶︎ Yeah, it actually means the opposite. You don’t mean to
tell me about it, because I have exactly the same experience
of “time flying” or of “getting old.”

“If you had asked me” is「アリエナイ」
and “I would have helped you” is「ホンワカ」.
