2月号に引き続き「比較」も扱っていきます。

👉ここのクリスさんの発音 ( you の部分を強調 ) 、お気づきになりましたか。
thank [you] と you を強調して読んでいました。
▶︎感謝するのは、私の方だよ – あなたに私は感謝するべきだよ、という
ニュアンスで thank [you] と言ったわけです。
こうした強弱のつけ方、しっかりと覚えましょう。
② I was happy to design it.
👉 I was happy – その後ろに to design it と続けていましたよね。
I was happy という感情の原因が to design it「それをデザインできて」
というわけですね。
③ I’d love to, Raj.
👉これはもちろん、I would love to ということですね。
この would love to – これは would like to を強調した形です。
