発言のタイプ別おすすめ表現を多数学びます。
などへとゆっくり進めていきます。

◎そのために
▶︎７月も６月に引き続き、「発言タイプ」についてで
人をある方向に「動かす」言語活動の②です。-

Lesson 74 発言タイプ：依頼① 依頼の基本

👉依頼① 依頼の基本
▶︎相手に頼み事をする依頼文 – 要求を直接ぶつけないため助動詞がよく使われる

会話の場面

登場人物

・エイミーの父親のウェイン (Wayne)
・ピアノ教師スラヴィンスキー先生 (Ms. Stravinsky)

状況

・来月ウェインの娘エイミーに誕生日があります。そこで父のウェインが、ストラヴィンスキー先生に何かをお願いするようですよ。

Opening で

Roza
▶︎ Hey, everyone. This is Akino Roza. You know, I’m a big fan of
Onishi Hiroto. (Usodesu.)

David
▶︎ And I’m David Evans. All right, guys. It’s time to get started.
Here we go!

Dialogue で

① Mr. Stravinsky, my daughter Amy is turning 14 next month.
【ここでの turn の意味】
👉さあ、ここでは trun という動詞が出てきましたね。この動詞には
「〜歳になる」という使い方があります。turning 14「１４歳になる」という
わけです。

② Yes, time flies.【time flies の意味】
👉さあ、time flies という言い回しが出てきましたね。
「時間の経つのは速いものだ」という言い回し。全部まとめて覚えて下さいね。

Practice

▶︎ OK, guys. It’s time to practice.

David
▶︎ You can use these a lot in daily life. So let’s have fun.

Roza
▶︎ These sentences are pretty light. So I want you to enjoy them
as you practice.

David
▶︎ Here we go!
・Hey, can you lend me 500 yen?
・Hey, can you hand me that pen?
・Hey, can you close the door?
・Hey, can you carry my bag?

Roza
▶︎ Let’s continue.
・Hey, will you open this bottle?
・Hey, will you set the table?
・Hey, will you help me clean up?
・Hey, will you watch the kids?

David
▶︎ Great work, so far. Make sure we keep that “hey” nice and short.
So you don’t sound like you’re angry.

Roza
▶︎ Good point, David.

David
▶︎ All right. Let’s keep going.
・Could you please pause the movie?
・Could you please pass the salt?
・Would you please keep your voice down?
