Dialogue で

👉さあ、almost – これは at the top of をどのレベルで at the top of
なのかというのを指定しているわけですね。
指定ルール「指定は前に置く」により、
almost は、at the top of の前に配置されています。
② Oh, it is kind of cold up here.
👉さあ、ここで kind of「ちょっと」という表現が出てきましたね。
これも cold という形容詞のレベルを指定しています。
だから、kind of – cold の前に置かれています。

And once again we’re looking at the preposition “over.”
Now I want you to keep the basic image we already talked about
of an arch or a bridge.
But then you will see how it naturally reached the meaning of “over”
and also “rolling.”
So let’s look at some of these examples. Here we go!
・Soon, we’ll be able to look over Hakodate City at night.
Here I want you to imagine this arch, but covering, moving all over
Hakodate City from one end to the next. Here we go! Once more.
・Soon, we’ll be able to look over Hakodate City at night.
