👉10月号のテーマは「助動詞の征服」。
「助動詞」も「指定ルール」に従って使われます。今回は先週に続き、can の勉強です。

Dialogue で
① I can’t see you.
👉このフレーズを頭の中に入れてください。
この see は「見える – 向こうから目に入ってくる」そうした
感覚の単語です。
② You don’t need to do that.
👉 need の後ろに to が組み合わされています。
「これからする必要がある」need と「これから」を意味する to
– これが best combination を作っているわけです。
③ I don’t like working 〜.
👉 like の後ろが 動詞 ing形です。
実際には、働いているわけですから ing が使われています。
④ You mean 〜.
👉このフレーズを覚えましょう。
「あなたはこういうことを意味しているのですね」
と確かめるフレーズです。
⑤ during the day it is.
👉 during the day「日中は」と言ってから、
it is「その通りです」と受けているわけです。
