３月のテーマは「配置の言葉」英語

👉３月号のテーマは「配置の言葉」英語 – ですが、
2月号に引き続き「比較」も扱っていきます。
– 今まで学んだ配置の知識を使って表現の場を広げていきます。

▶︎先週に続き、今週も引き続き「比較」を学びます。

▶︎ No. It’s OK. I’m just practicing. Let’s get started, guys.

Dialogue で

① What’s happened?
👉 what’s は what has の短縮形ですね。
現在完了形のイメージは、「今に迫ってくる」- そのすぐ前に起こっている感じ –
それが、ここの現在完了形で表れています。

② I’m far away from any town.
👉この any「なんでも、どれでも」というわけですね。
「どの町からも離れている」- そうしたことを強調した形です。

③ No, I’m fine.
👉 fine という形容詞が使われていますね。
fine というのは「問題がない」「にごりがない」「懸念がない」- そうした
スッキリとした状態を表しています。

④ I’ll get my car.
👉この get – ただ単に「手に入れる」というわけではありません。
get はいつでも「動き」を伴っているんです。
▶︎ Yukoは今、車の場所にはいないわけです。そこで動いていって、
その車に乗って助けに行く – そうした「動き」が感じられます。
だから、I’ll get my car. となるわけです。

⑤ Please send / me / your exact location.
👉「正確な場所を送ってくれ」というわけです。授与型が使われています。
▶︎こうした場所情報を教えるのが、なぜ可能になるかというと、
携帯の地図で確認する – ということなんでしょう。
