👉 in person は「対面で」ですが、「人」だけでなく「モノ」を
見る時にも使うことができます。
◎ actually experience
👉 actually に「実際に」と言う意味がこめられています。

Well, for condos, of course, “cost” and “location” are the major factors.
But they also have to make sure that everything about it is in good shape.
It’s investment, so they don’t want to spend money fixing things right away.
And most people want a layout that suits for lifestyle and vision for
decorating the space. Communal spaces like gyms are major bonus.
