Lesson ４３ 感覚を表す動詞：watch
👉 watch は「注視する」- ジィッと見るということ
※ Lesson 42 から「感覚を表す動詞」の学習に入っています。
Opening で

Dialogue で
① Mr. Emori, how many times have you been to Toshogu?
👉さあ回数をたずねる how many times。
大きな wh語として、しっかりと覚えておいてください。
👉そして have you been。
「行ったことがある」という表現です。
② Many Japanese children come here on school trips, 〜.
👉さあ、on school trips というわけですね。
なぜ、on が使われるかというと、「その学校の旅行」という、この stage
が意識されて、その上に乗っている – on, on business と似通った使い方
ですね。
③ These stones can be slippery after the rain. 【発音】
👉さあ、この slippery という単語ですね。
なかなか発音が難しい単語かと思います。
お二人にちょっと発音をお願いしてみましょうか。

warn というのは、「警告する」という動詞ですね。
こうした言い方、全体を覚えてみてください。
