「感謝したい」「頼み事をしたい」といった、
発言のタイプ別おすすめ表現を多数学びます。
などへとゆっくり進めていきます。

◎８月は
▶︎「発言タイプ」ー【引き出す】【感情を操作する】を勉強します。
日常頻繁にある情報や許可・意見などを相手から引き出したり、励まして
相手の感情を操作する方法についてです。

▶︎自分のこれからの行動について、相手からその「是非」を引き出す表現を学びましょう、

会話の場面

登場人物

・ロキシー (Roxy)
・ロキシーの父 (Dad)

状況

・ロキシーがお父さんと夕食についての話をしますが、そこからお父さんはこれから
料理教室に行こうと考えていることを伝えます。

Opening で

Roza
▶︎ Hey, everyone. Akino Roza here.

David
▶︎ And I’m David Evans. Let’s get ready to go!

Dialogue で

① Sure, but I was going to cook something. 【「〜するつもり」be going to】
▶︎さあ、ここで I was going to cook something というフレーズが出て
きましたね。be going to が使われていました。「〜 (する)つもり」というわけです。

② Grandma and Grandpa are coming here. 【予定を表す進行形】
▶︎さあ、are coming – 進行形が使われていますね。予定を表す進行形です。

③ I know, but what does that have to do with it? 【「〜と関係がある」】
▶︎ have to do with　〜というフレーズが出てきました。これは「〜と
関係がある」というフレーズ。覚えてください。

④ Oh, Mom would love that.【仮定条件を含む would】
▶︎ さあ、ここの would の使い方に気をつけましょう。
「Japanese cooking を学んだとしたら」という仮定条件が、そこに入っている
– そうした would の使い方です。

▶︎ OK, guys. It’t time to practice.

▶︎ Here we go!
For these sentences, we have two parts:
One – “this is my plan,” “this is my idea.”
And the second – “double check question.”

Roza
▶︎ Now a few times in the past, I’ve heard David mention that you should
try to remember phrases as blocks, as chunks. OK?

David
▶︎ Here’s our first.
・I’m going to invest in some cryptocurrency.
– What do you think? ×2

Roza
▶︎ Great! Let’s continue.
・I’m going to complain to the manager.
– Do you think I’m overreacting?
– Do you think I’m going too far?
– Do you think that’s justified?

David
▶︎ Here’s our next one.
・I’m going to ask for some time off.
– Do you think it’s all right to do it? ×2

・I’m going to dye my hair pink.
