令和３年度より、
中学校の英語の教科書は新しくなりますが、
その前に、
令和２年度（今年度）より、
小学校でも新しく英語の教科書が使われるようになっています。
そこで今回は、小学校での
各教科書会社の言語材料の配置をできるだけ簡単に示していきます。
何かの参考にしてくだされば、と思います。
今回は、
教育出版 の One World Smiles の教科書についてお知らせします。
５学年の言語材料の配置

① Lesson 前の “Let’s Start Together” で、３年・４年生の復習をします。
② ５年生の１年間の大部分で
I と you （私とあなた）の間でのコミュニケーションを中心として
・簡単な自己紹介
・助動詞 can の基本的な使い方
・基本的な wh 疑問詞 (what, when, what time where, who, how much)を
用いたやり取りを学びます。
④ Lesson ９ では、
「友達になってみたい人の紹介」をテーマに３人称・単数が主語 ( he/she ) となる文
を扱っています
⑤ 5学年では、全て「現在」の文を扱います。

👉チェックポイント
① Lesson 前の “Let’s Start Together” で、5年生の復習をします。
② ６学年での一番のポイントは、「過去形」の登場です。
・表現に必要な規則動詞と不規則動詞が混在して扱われています。▶︎Lesson 4
・ただし、「過去」の疑問文や否定文は扱われていません。
③ 扱う題材、語彙により、自分のことをより一層具体的に表現できるようになるようです。
