発言のタイプ別おすすめ表現を多数学びます。
などへとゆっくり進めていきます。
◎10月は
▶︎「発言タイプ」ー【さまざまな応答・知識】を勉強します。
「応答」は相手の発言に対するスタンダードな受け答えです。
「知識」はさまざまな「知っているよ」の伝え方。どちらもとっても重要な発言タイプです。

▶︎一定の配慮をしながら、申し出を断る表現を学びましょう。

・教え子のレンジが、アオイさんに体育祭に来ませんか、と誘っていますが ….
Opening で
Roza
▶︎ Hey, everyone. This is Akino Roza. Ready for today’s lesson?
David
▶︎ And I’m David Evans. Let’s get ready to go!
Dialogue で
① OK, Renji, that’s all for today. 【よく使われる That’s all for today.】
👉 that’s all for today – という、よく使われる文が出てきましたね。
「今日はこれでおしまいだ」というわけですね。
② Wanna come?【非常に気軽な表現 – Wanna come?】
👉さあ、Wanna come? という非常に気軽な表現が出てきましたね。
もちろん、Do you want to come? のことなんですが、こんな風にも言えるわけです。
③ No, my niece wants to go shopping. 【 niece の意味、そして反対語は？】
👉さあ、niece -「めい」のことです。しっかりと覚えておきましょう。
▶︎「おい」は何でしたっけ？ – nephew です。
Practice

▶︎ OK, everyone. It’s time for today’s practice. The topic for today is turning someone down,
or turning down a request. So you could just say, “No.”
・Could you give me a ride? – No.
But the shock of that is very strong. So we use these phrases to soften the blow.
All right, everyone. Here we go!
・Can you give me a ride?
– Sorry, I can’t. My car broke down.

・May I leave work early?
– I’m afraid I can’t let you. We’re short-staffed today.

▶︎ All right. Here’s one more.
・Why don’t we go for a drink after work?
– I’m sorry. I wish I could, but I have to submit an important report tomorrow morning,
so I can’t. How about tomorrow?
