▶︎「発言タイプ」ー【引き出す】【感情を操作する】を勉強します。
日常頻繁にある情報や許可・意見などを相手から引き出したり、励まして
相手の感情を操作する方法についてです。
Lesson 94 発言タイプ：引き出す⑫
👉引き出す⑫ 相手の行動・状況を尋ねる
▶︎相手に何が起こっているのか、行動・状況を確認する表現を学びましょう。
会話の場面
登場人物
・不動産営業のバーバラ (Barbara)
・アンドロイドのフランキー (Frankie)
状況
・バーバラが売り出し中の物件を確認しているところへ、フランキーがやってきて
そこにあるバラについて話をしています。
Opening で
Roza
▶︎ Hey, everyone. Akino Roza here.
David
▶︎ And I’m David Evans. All jokes aside, let’s get started. OK?
Dialogue で
① I’m sure she does, but you can’t take flowers from here.
【本題に入る前のフレーズ】
👉さあ、ここの I’m sure she dose, but 〜. これはですね、別に真剣に考えてですね、
「それはきっとそうなのでしょう」と言っているわけじゃないのですね。
▶︎「それは、そうなんだけけど」と言って、本題に入っていく、このタイミングで
使われているわけですね。覚えておきましょう。
② You can’t just pick roses from someone’s garden without asking.
【禁止を表す can’t】
👉ここの can’t – これは「禁止」の意味で使われています。
「できません」というわけですね。
③ But there’s a sign here that says “For Sale.”【for sale の意味 】
👉 for sale というフレーズ。これは「売りに出されている」という
決まり文句ですね。
Practice

▶︎ All right, everyone. It’s time for the practice. Now today’s lesson has
lots of phrases that can sound confrontational or can be used normally.
Also many of these phrases mean the same thing.
So you can wonder which should I choose.
My advice is to try them all and find one that feels like you. All right.
So let’s practice several together, and see which you like the best.
