Ending – grow on you について

▶︎So, an interesting expression came out in this “grow on you.”
This is used when at first you probably don’t like someone,
but a seed of interest or desire is planted in your heart, and
grown on you like a plant.
– It’s not only used for people, though.
You can use it for, for example, a song, TV series, even your job.
You don’t like it much at first, but little by little it begins to
grow on you.

Ah 〜, unfortunately, I was in the same situation.
And I thought Onishi Sensei would grow on you, but he didn’t.
