👉今年度は…
「感謝したい」「頼み事をしたい」といった、
発言のタイプ別おすすめ表現を多数学びます。
などへとゆっくり進めていきます。

◎12月は
▶︎先月に引き続き「発言タイプ」ー【判断を表現する】を勉強します。
「失敗」「成功」「類似・同一・相違」や「決定」「決意表明」「相手の都合を尋ねる」など
「これから」に関わる表現を学んでいきましょう。

▶︎今回も「これから」で始まる相手への働きかけに関わる表現を学びましょう。

会話の場面

登場人物

・同じ会社に勤めるジョナス (Jonas) とヤヨイ (Yayoi)

状況

・ヤヨイは、金曜日に出張でハワイに行くので、空港までの送迎をジョナスにお願いします….

Opening で

Roza
▶︎ Hey, everyone. This is Akino Roza.

David
▶︎ And I’m David Evans. Yeah, it’s fine, I think.

Dialogue で

① Can I ask you a big favor? 【 ask you a favor の意味】
👉これは、もう全体をまとめて覚えて下さいね。ask you a favor これは「お願い事をする」
というフレーズです。そして、ここでは big がついていますよね。かなり厄介なお願いごとでは
ないでしょうか。

② But I think you still owe me for the last one. 【 owe の意味】
👉さあ、owe これはですね、「借りがある」という動詞です。しっかりと発音も覚えてみて
下さい。

③ Go ahead, ask away.【 ask away の意味】
👉 ask away – これは「何でもたずねて下さい」という勢いを感じるフレーズです。

④ I got you, Jonas.【 I got you. の意味】
👉さあ、I got you. これは「おまかせください」あるいは「了解」というフレーズ。
覚えといて下さい。
