👉今年度は…
「感謝したい」「頼み事をしたい」といった、
発言のタイプ別おすすめ表現を多数学びます。
などへとゆっくり進めていきます。

◎10月は
▶︎「発言タイプ」ー【さまざまな応答・知識】を勉強します。
「応答」は相手の発言に対するスタンダードな受け答えです。
「知識」はさまざまな「知っているよ」の伝え方。どちらもとっても重要な発言タイプです。

👉意見・考えへの応答⑥ 不同意のクッション
▶︎相手の心証を害さないように不同意を伝える表現を学びましょう。

会話の場面

登場人物

・新婚の夫ピーコック教授 (Peacock)
・ピーコック教授の妻アキ (Aki)

状況

・新婚の二人が、寒い季節について必要なもの「コタツ」についての話をしていますが ….

Opening で

David
▶︎ Oh, Sensei, why do you even bother asking? Oh, well, I’m David Evans. Hi, everyone.

Roza
▶︎ Hey, everyone. This is Akino Roza.

Dialogue で

① Yes, I love this kind of weather.【ここでの kind の意味】
👉 this kind of weather – kind はもちろん「種類」というわけですから、
「この種類の天気」というわけですね。

② Aki, do you feel at home here?【 feel at home の意味】
👉 feel at home というフレーズを覚えておいてください。
「くつろいだ気分になる」という意味合いです。

③ It’s going to take time. 【 take のニュアンスは普遍】
👉 take time もちろん「時間を手にとって使う」その意味で、take が使われているわけです。

④ I’d like to put a kotatsu in the living room.【 I’d like to の形と意味】
👉 I’d like to – これはもちろん、I would like to というわけですね。
「〜したい」というわけです。

will allow you to soften your response, which otherwise could come off very harsh.
