👉10月も引き続き、前置詞の学習です。

👉 to のイメージ「到達点（を指し示す)」▶︎「くっつく・つながり」も表す

Opening

Dialogue で

① I just followed your tips.
👉さあ、ここで I just followed – ここの just の使い方ですね。
「ただ単に〜しただけ」という意味で、使われていました。
こうした使い方、学んでくださいね。

② I think you’r ready to go on to the next step.
👉さあ、ここで出てきた ready to というフレーズ。
ready と to のコンビネーションの良さをもう一度確認してみてくださいね。
ready「準備ができた」これは「これから何かをする準備ができた」ということ。
従って、矢印のイメージを用い「これから」が意味に大きく含まれる to が最適な
コンビネーションなんですね。
▶︎ ready to そして go on to the next step – この on ですね、今までもその
ステップに乗っていたわけです。さらにその向こう、この on にはですね、そのような
継続が感じられている、というわけなんです。

③ What’s that?
👉 What’s that? という文が出てきましたね。こうした文、非常に短いですが、
反射的に使える方は、それほど多くはないと思いますよ。
しっかりと練習してみてください。

④ What kind of message?
👉この What kind of message? というのは大きな wh語ですね。
wh語 (what)を中心にフレーズを作っています。そして、その後ろには
普通は疑問形が続きますけれども、ここでは省略して簡単な文としています。
この省略する感じ、しっかりとマスターしてくださいね。
