「日本語を経由せず、英語を使う力」を養います。
Lesson 34 give のイメージ
👉 give のイメージは、単に何らかから何らかのものが「出てくる」状況一般を示す
※ Lesson 34 は give を扱っています。

Dialogue で
① It was a bit of a drive, ….
👉 a bit of 〜 これは「ちょっとした」あるあは、その逆「相当な」という感触で
使われることもあります。
② I didn’t expect it to be so crowded.
👉 さあここで出てきました expect it to be so crowded この形は目的語説明型で、
to 不定期が使われた形です。it が so crowded であることを予想しなかったと、
予測しなかった、まあそうした意味をもっているわけですね。
③ it is a very famous archaeological site.
👉さあ「考古学的な」archaeological そして「遺跡」site
– どちらもしっかり頭に入れておいてくださいね。これは一生使わないから、いいや、
この単語、そうは絶対思わないでくださいね。
▶︎覚えた単語は必ず使う機会があって、それは難しい単語であればあるほど
必ずですね、会話で相手に印象づけることができるわけです。
しっかりとハードルをあげておきましょう。
④ I don’t feel anything.
👉さあ、not と anything のコンビネーションが出てきました。
「何も〜ない」ということですね。「何も感じません」というわけです。

And the basic image we want you to focus on is
from nothing and – and shoo – produce something.
From nothing – shoo – produce something.
So let’s do some examples here.
・give me coffee – shoo – coffee is produced.
・give me a chance – shoo – a chance is produced.
So after me.
・give me coffee / give me a chance
OK.

Again a presentation is shoo -produced.
Let’s try together.
